Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NUI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

NUI provides a platform that connects guests with nightlife venues for the purpose of making table reservations and managing nightlife experiences. We also provide venue operators with tools to manage reservations, staff, analytics, and operations.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. NUI is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Reservation policies, including minimum spend requirements, deposit terms, and cancellation policies, are set by individual venues. NUI facilitates the booking process but is not responsible for venue-specific policies.

Cancellation refunds are subject to the venue's cancellation policy, which is displayed before you confirm a booking. NUI may charge a platform processing fee that is non-refundable.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. NUI does not store your complete payment card details.

NUI Cash is a stored-value balance within the NUI platform. It is non-transferable and may be subject to expiry terms. NUI Cash is not a bank account and is not insured by any government deposit scheme.

Venue operators accessing NUI's management platform must ensure that their use of guest data complies with applicable privacy laws. Operators may not use guest data obtained through NUI for purposes outside of fulfilling reservations.

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent or speculative reservations
• Use the platform to harass or harm other users or venues
• Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer platform features
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, trademarks, and technology on the NUI platform are owned by NUI Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including damages arising from venue conduct, reservation disputes, or payment issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
