All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. NUI does not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. We store only a Stripe payment method identifier and non-sensitive card metadata (last four digits, expiry month/year, card brand).

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With venues to fulfil your reservation (name, party size, booking details)

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage of sensitive fields, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

NUI is not directed to individuals under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
