What is NUI?

NUI is a premium nightlife platform that connects guests with top-tier venues for table reservations and nightlife experiences, while giving venue operators a complete management suite.

Is NUI free for guests?

Yes. Creating a NUI account and browsing venues is completely free. You only pay when you make a reservation, and the venue's minimum spend applies.

How do I make a reservation?

Sign up for a NUI account, browse venues in your city, select a date and table, add your guests, and confirm with payment. You'll receive instant confirmation.

What is NUI Cash?

NUI Cash is a stored-value wallet within the app. You can load it with funds and use it to pay at any NUI-supported venue without entering card details each time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by venue and are displayed before you confirm your booking. Some venues allow free cancellation within a certain window; others require a deposit that may be non-refundable.

Can I add guests after booking?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you can add or update guests from the booking detail screen in the app.

How do I get my venue on NUI?

Contact our venue partnerships team at venues@nui.com or fill out the contact form on our website. We'll get in touch to discuss onboarding.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. NUI never stores your full card details.

What cities is NUI available in?

NUI is currently available in select US cities including New York, Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, with more cities launching soon.
